Utilisation KPIs —

Supply chain managers have no visibility into how long their assets are actually used. The result: an unoptimised fleet size and maintenance on a fixed calendar rather than on real usage. The Analytics plan answers this with three types of utilisation KPI, calculated in real time.

Utilisation duration

How many hours an asset has been used over a defined period. Identify under-used and over-used assets to optimise the size of your fleet.

Utilisation count

How many times an asset is used over a period (e.g. 8 deliveries last week). Define your own utilisation KPIs, matched to your process.

Utilised yes/no — fleet activation rate

Has an asset been used at least once during the period? Track the occupancy rate and catch fleet fluctuations in real time.

Model your process flows in the platform and follow each step in real time. The orientation service detects the exact state of an asset (open/closed, empty/full) or a key event (a skip being emptied) with no manual intervention.

Everything you need to know
about the Analytics plan

The Utilisation service is exclusive to the Analytics plan. It measures three types of KPI: utilisation duration (e.g. 34 hours this week), utilisation count (e.g. 8 deliveries) and activation rate (whether an asset was used at least once). These metrics are calculated in real time and let you optimise fleet size and schedule maintenance on real usage rather than a fixed calendar.
The Analytics plan adds to Professional: utilisation KPIs (duration, count, yes/no), process flows and the orientation service (continuous state or event detection), advanced dashboard widgets (maintenance, process, process evolution), Power BI and iFrame embedding, and extended custom reporting. Quotas rise to 200 geofences, 50 alerts and 36-month retention.
You build your dashboards in Microsoft Power BI, connecting your TRAKmy data through the REST API or MQTT, then embed them directly in the TRAKmy platform through an iFrame. You can do the same with any other external BI tool (Grafana, Tableau, Elasticsearch and others). iFrame embedding is available from the Analytics plan only.
The orientation service has two modes: stable state (orientation state), which continuously monitors the orientation of an asset — a box open or closed, for example — with a timeline history; and fast event detection (orientation events), which captures a brief change such as a skip being emptied. Combined with process flows, it lets you follow every step of a business process automatically.
Migration happens with no interruption of service. All your configurations (geofences, alerts, ERP data, trackers) are preserved. The new Analytics features (KPIs, process flows, Power BI) are enabled immediately after the plan change from your TRAKmy customer area.
Yes. The 36-month retention applies to all data collected since the Analytics plan was activated, including data accumulated beforehand if you moved up from a lower plan (within the limits of the earlier retention). This lets you analyse three-year trends for your utilisation KPIs and scheduled reports.
